Cancellation Policy

Room Booked Cancellation can be initiated with the below mentioned following terms :-
Day 30 prior to arriving
Day 07 to Day 29 prior to arriving
Day 02 to Day 06 prior to arriving
Less than 48 hours, no cancellation will be accepted.

Accommodation: Rooms once booked in advance with the final consent of the customer shall not be canceled during the time of weekends and any festive day.

In case of Long Weekends & Peak Seasons or Festive Days like (15th August, Holi, Dipawali, Christmas & 31st or New Year) hotel stay bookings separate cancellation policy will be applicable (which would be updated as and when required).

*In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital.
